1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WindChat (the mobile applications, website windchat.net, hereinafter the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WindChat is a messaging service operated by Ostwind. The Service lets registered users exchange messages, media, and related features through iOS, Android, and web interfaces where available.

3. User obligations

You agree to: provide accurate registration information; keep your credentials confidential; use the Service lawfully; not impersonate others; and comply with applicable laws and these Terms.

4. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use WindChat to send spam, harassment, threats, illegal content, malware, or content that infringes others' rights. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

WindChat software, design, and branding belong to Ostwind. You retain ownership of content you send. You grant us a license to host, transmit, and display your content solely to operate the Service.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Ostwind is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes and contact

8. Messaging and user content

You are responsible for messages and files you send. Do not share content you are not allowed to distribute. We may process reports of abuse and cooperate with authorities when required by law.

9. Personal data and third-party sign-in

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you use third-party login providers (such as Google or Facebook) when such features are offered, their policies also apply to authentication handled by those providers.

10. Account termination and retention

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion as described in the Data Deletion instructions and Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
